For a person coming off a horrible experience with a different window company, Window World Mid-Michigan was a wonderful, refreshing experience. They restored my faith in a window company. Every person I interacted with at Window World was wonderful, polite, professional and made the experience perfect. I highly recommend their services and I will use them again. Thank you!!!

I had an amazing experience with Window World! From start to finish, Josh made the process easy and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and helped me choose the best windows for my home.
The installer, Matt, was fantastic. He didn’t just install the windows — he took the time to show me how they work, explained every feature, and made sure I understood all the details. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable.
The windows come with a lifetime guarantee, and if anything breaks, they’ll replace it — no hassle. That kind of service and peace of mind is hard to find.
Highly recommend Window World, especially if you get to work with Josh and Matt!

I hired window world to replace two windows at my home. Matt and Ethan were great, and the install went very well. At the end of the job they walked me through everything they did and gave a full demonstration on the windows themselves.
Eventually more windows will have to be replaced on my home and I will definitely be calling window world. Thank you!

Nate, Josh and everyone at Window World did a great job. We bought ten windows and a door. The door was its own job but done just as well as the windows. There were a few tweaks to be done but staff was prompt and always amenable.

Had Window World replace my picture window in the living room of my home on July 3, 2025. They were on time and were very polite. They had to remove and replace a window that is on an angle. They said they have never replaced one like that, but did a wonderful job for it being their first. The window looks better than I expected it would. I cannot remember their names. (Not good at retaining names) But I would highly recommend them. Very professional. Thanks WindowWorld.

The techs that came out were great, (sorry I can't remember their names). They were on time, very friendly! The work was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned everything up afterward. Even washed the windows before they left! They explained everything about the installation from beginning to end and at the end do and dont's with upkeep of the window.I am very pleased with how the whole process went and I love my new window! have found a great company that I will continue to use in the future for more house improvements! Thanks you Wallside for your great windows, your very knowledgeable techs and their professionalism.
