The crew was wonderful!! Friendly yet professional, very knowledgeable and skilled. They came in and got right to work. They also cleaned up everything, there wasn't a speck of dust left behind! The windows are beautiful...they really make a huge difference with outside noise. Our whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Nate and his team are aces!

We had Window World replace all of our old windows after being referred by family that had their windows replaced a couple years prior. We were very happy how the process moved along from start to finish. The entire team we dealt with was great and they all did a wonderful job. The house looks completely different with all the new windows. Happy customer and would highly recommend using Window World.

We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new windows! A huge thank you to Nate and Josh for making the entire experience so easy.
Josh was hands down one of the best salespeople we’ve ever worked with. He was never pushy, took the time to walk us through every option, answered all of our questions, and helped us find the best fit for our home at a price that couldn’t be beat.
On installation day, Nate and his team were incredible. They were professional, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. They completed the entire job in just one day and left everything spotless when they were finished.
From start to finish, our experience with Window World was outstanding. We truly appreciate the amazing service and will happily recommend this wonderful team to everyone we know!

From start to finish my experience with window world of Lansing was excellent. Matt and his crew were awesome they are the real deal. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing, stayed very busy throughout the installation yet answered any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend window world they will make you happy. Using a company who has there own installers keeps them accountable, total peace of mind. I could not be happier!

We've been replacing two windows each year for 3 years now. Every interaction has been positive: Tom, Nate, Matt, Ryan, J, Brad, Trey and others. Everybody shows up on time and everybody knows their business and does a good job. I appreciate having the features explained, I keep learning new things about the windows. Prices are reasonable, and there are never any surprise charges. We'll see you next year!

Im always leery when we hire larger companies for projects like this that you wont get the personalized treatment you would get from a local contractor. Have no fear with these guys. Very professional and definitely take alot of pride in their work and it shows. We had some windows done several years ago from another place that were definitely not done right. Matt had all the outside window trims done and when he got to the last one the last installer had cut the siding back too far. Matt showed us the issue and showed that he couldnt match that one to the others now so he had to redo all of them. I tried to tell him it was ok but he wouldnt leave it that way. He retrimmed them all again and it looked amazing. I would give them 10 stars if i could.

We had 4 windows replaced in our Sun Porch. The crew was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The whole process went very well and we love our new windows! The windows operate smoothly and provide much better insulation from the sun the room receives.

Everything from measurement to installation went smoothly. Nate and crew were very courteous and left no mess behind. They took time to insure a seamless look was achieved as we had a few existing windows that were not being replaced. Great work!
